Returns

If you no longer require your alarm, please return it to us in it's original, un-opened condition. We charge a £1.95 handling fee to cover our administration and shipping costs.

If your alarm is faulty, please return it to us for a full refund. We want our alarms to arrive in perfect condition and if they don’t we want to know about it. Send your alarm back and include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
