What are the shipping costs and times?
BeSafeAlarms offers shipping to anywhere in the U.K for FREE. Customers ordering outside the
U.K are at present charged a standard £3.99 with every order. Shipping within
the U.K is always sent by first class post and we aim to have your order
despatched within 3 working days.
How do I track my order?
As soon
as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the
"Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received
will be set to a status of entering until a member of dispatch processes it.
How do I return an item?
If you have received a faulty
product they should be return within 7 days of delivery to the following

I no longer require my order, how do I receive a refund?
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your card for the purchase amount minus any postage costs originally charged.

I live outside the U.K. What are the prices in my currency?
At present BeSafeAlarms prices are displayed in £'s Sterling & are estimated in US Dollars and Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries.
